Had an appointment for a skin check which I made a year ago after my last check-up. I turned up this morning after taking time off work to attend the appointment, to be told that there had been a change of management in January 2026 and all previous doctors had left. So all appointments with those doctors are cancelled. I thanked them SO much for letting me know (they didn't) and declined gracefully (it wasn't) to make another appointment at their clinic. Very poor customer service - not that hard to let patients know.
Highly recommend this clinic. Dr.Bhat has a very wide extensive medical knowledge and very sharp eye for the tiniest bad spots on your skin that shouldnt be there. Thank you dr.Bhat .
Clean, welcoming facility. Lovely staff. Dr Bhat was thorough, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!
