These guys went above and beyond to get everything sorted great work
We have been happy with our van,but a condition of the purchase was incorrectly done and they have not rectified it, nor have they communicated anything about rectifying it. The door brushes allow mosquitoes through and they were supposed to add something to fix that. They added it to the wrong part of the door,which fixed nothing. I pointed it out at handover and Dave wrote it down, and did nothing.
We recently purchased a second-hand Supreme Territory van from Adelaide RV, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From the very beginning, Steve and Jeb won us over with their honesty and forthrightness. They patiently answered all our questions, no matter how detailed, and made us feel completely comfortable with our decision. It was refreshing to deal with such genuine people.
