After getting 3 quotes we decided to go with Adelaide Roller Shutters as it was by far the best. Craig installed shutters in a previous property and gave great after service care. Craig installed them in two weeks and was very efficient and conscientious of my mum being 90. Thanks Craig as it was so hot yesterday and we were able to keep the house cool. We love them and the service we got from Craig.
I have been trying to get my shutter repaired since 27 September 2024. It is manual & the box needs replacing. I didn’t know this, only knew it wouldn’t wind down, it was if it is stuck! I managed to get it down albeit it slammed down the last bit to the bottom. I contacted Craig & he came out eventually. He whinged that I didn’t tell him it was the box that needed replacing 🤔 How would I know it was that, all I knew is it was clunking & would no longer wind 😩 He didn’t have a box in his van.
