Not great. family member referred for depression, they didn't really help. turns out the family member has ADHD but the psych who saw him (and was the ADHD specialist) didn't pick up on that at all. They don't send reminders about appointments, so if you have memory issues and forget, you still have to pay the full cost - not a reduced cost for admin cover etc - but the full cost of a session. When I finally pushed for family member to be assessed for adhd, we were charged ridiculously for a report which ended up being a 3 p... read more
Appalled with the communication from reception staff, charged $250 for a missed appointment due to this also. Staff rude, would not recommend.
