Myself and my 2 teen daughters see Dr Jay, he is so cheerful, explains everything and is very gentle and thorough. As I have a significant hearing disability and rely on lip-reading, he always makes sure I understand each step along the way without treating me like I'm simple. Staff also communicate with me via text or email outside appointment times, as they know I can't hear on the phone. I really appreciate the inclusive communication and accomodating nature from all of the staff here.
Just left after treatment from Dr Toan Nguyen. Made me feel so comfortable and explained everything clearly to me. His assistant was lovely and Rachel in Reception very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. 100per cent better than my previous dentist.
My husband sees this dentist and is very happy with results. Always accommodating and very gentle.
Jay is amazing, I highly recommend him, very professional and easy to talk to.
Could not recommend Dr Jay enough! 10/10 experience. Both myself and my daughters (6yrs and 3yrs) had a checkup and clean with him and the team. Super gentle and patient with the kids. Reception is warm and welcoming. Clinic is beautiful. Very happy with our experience and will be back in future! ☺️
