My experience with this company has been disappointing. The initial rental price confusion and subsequent drops, from $590 to $480, were frustrating. The overall process was unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend their services.
Adelaide Residential Rentals has been consistently prompt and professional throughout the years. Highly recommend them.
We had tried sending requests through numerous times to find an inspection time for a rental and never heard back from the moment it was listed online. Even called up to see what was happening only to be told that we will be contacted for that particular property as soon as an inspection time was arranged. Next day....automatic email saying the place had just been rented out. So I emailed again to see what's the best way to find out when inspections are with your company....only to be ignored again.
