this place sucks lol the therapist (Natalie) was very impaient and indirect. also told my parents everything i told her. (i never told her i was suicidal ((for the above reasons)) but i was deinetly not in harms way so they had no legal obligation to tell them anything). Well that was an experience I never expected. Amanda was really hard to connect with and open up too. I felt judged and belitted. I thought I would get some compassion and understanding instead I was made to feel dramatic and like I had to suck it up. What a waste of money. Not sure I can trust another psychologist after this.
As per below reviews, admin/reception service still just as horrendous. I cannot have my phone at work with me, left early today to ensure I could call them within business hours, needed to book appointment for medication review. There is only one person in the whole practice who can book these appointments with a psychiatrist and she works anywhere from 9-1 and 9-4. What sort of use is this to people who work? Natalie has been seeing my daughter (ASD) for well over a year now, I can't express how caring, understanding and supportive Natalie has been in our very challenging situation. Very grateful for the ongoing support Natalie has given to us. Highly recommended.
