We had an awful experience with them, they looked after the pool since we rented out house to the tenant- initially the cost of the renovation was okay, soon they started increasing the price of the pool servicing every month expenses would come $250-$400 they have been using unnecessary chemicals in the pool and adding a lot of money for the pool maintenance. Terrible experience!! Came out to quote up a job. Came in $3000 more expensive than another quote & when told we are going with someone else sent through a $150 service call, then proceeded to tell us they will get in touch with debt collectors after we contested it. Steer clear way better options out there.
It was great to come home after the storm this week and the boys from pool patrol had been and cleaned our pool. They always provided a fantastic service highly recommend.

I rang PoolPatrol yesterday seeking a call out by a technician for problems with my pool filter.Amanda quickly organised a technician to come out this morning The technician Matt attended and was able to identify the problem quickly and resolved the problem .I was very impressed with the generous service from Amanda and Matt .They are a great asset to the business.
