Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. I dropped in here to pick up a part for my filter and got some great advice from the staff, which made my job so much easier. They also do pool water testing and have a good selection of accessories
Brilliant service and always with a smile 😃 Led by Craig, James and Riley and their team , they solve every pool situation, they have a massive range of all right equipment and they quickly and efficiently can install any equipment. We have shopped here for many years and highly recommend them to everyone for the ultimate pool experience from undoubtedly one of the leaders in the pool industry.
I've persevered with the boys at Adelaide Pool Mart, they know their stuff - BUT. Over the summer my pool has been in dire need of attention but for these boys making a time to attend is almost impossible - next week some time - next month sometime. Glad I'm retired, I can fit in with their schedule !!!!! They don't value their customers. They've lost my business.
Great customer service! Took a robot cleaner in for a service, picked up repaired unit within 24 hours and all repairs done under warranty. Very nice polite and helpful crew. Highly recommend.
