Extremely disappointing. Don’t waste your money. Toby didn’t seem to know much about irrigation at all despite the $100/hr price tag. I had been getting high water bills so booked in an irrigation service, and for a leaking connection to be fixed. I also asked for advice on what times/frequency I should be watering and what the best set up might be. Extraordinary customer service. I accidentally burst my storm water pipe while planting a tree. I called Irrigation and Plumbing doctor immediately as I remembered them from past good experience. The team are just fantastic. They are friendly, patient and prompt to provide advice and with in short time the irrigation specialist attended to investigate the issue.

We were having issues with our Rainwater pump .Rang Irrigation Doctor and spoke to Mark.After explaining to him what issues we were having , he gave some advise as to what he thought could be the problem which turned out to be correct.
