I ordered some Kays magic eyepatches through the store after an acute case of diplopia, after a few weeks I didn't receive the item and emailed. Then after a few more weeks I called and spoke with Tanya who while nice enough asked me to continue to wait. I called to chase every couple of weeks a total of 3 times, always excuses were made. After 9 weeks I asked for a refund and Tanya agreed, and promised to send a email confirming the refund but still didn't receive it.
