Dr Nick Myles was one of the best specialist/ doctors I have ever seen. He was very calming and reassuring during a very stressful time after I developed a DVT during major surgery. His calming tone, knowledge and follow ups made a very stressful situation much more manageable. I can highly recommend his services. Thank you again Nick!
Highlighting on the public record the worst customer service that I have ever received from the staff of a medical practice, Dr A Hotinkski’s staff - so much so that I have lodged an official complaint with the Office of the Health and Community Services Complaints Commissioner. I look forward to taking this matter further. One star is far too generous, and if I could leave a review with zero stars I would.
Disappointing exchange with Dr Anya Hotinski and her team - complete lack of patience and understanding towards someone suffering with comorbidities.
We’re eternally grateful to Dr Nick Myles for being kind, responsive, adaptable & highly competent. He agreed to treat my Mum where others were less prepared to and she’s doing really well as a result.
