Person at the counter whinging because people go online to purchase products, but you can’t buy products from this place in store because they don’t have stock. I walked in for a switch (that they didn’t have), was considering purchasing a Redarc Redvision setup as well whilst here for my new vehicle build, but heading elsewhere due to this interaction. Disappointing because previously have had some great experiences here and have genuinely been helpful.
