What can I say about Adelaide Muay Thai and its coaches? This place has not only helped with our daughters anxiety and confidence issues, but they have given myself and my wife a place where we have been able to train and learn new skills (as total beginners in our late 30’s), while feeling no judgement and in a safe community/ family environment. The support has been incredible! Very grateful to be apart of this amazing club!
