Was asked what day was seeing Dr for results and told receptionist in a week. Was sent a questionnaire asking same and replied. Monday has come and gone and still no report. Tried calling but difficult to get through. Staff were lovely and efficient when we went but very much under the pump with waiting room full !!
Very poor work ethics. Can't even send through reports to our GP on time. Absolutely terrible. Staff are lazy.
At my GP appointment eight days after my scan to discuss the results, I was informed that they had not been forwarded. GP rang requesting urgent notification of same. It's now fifteen minutes in and still no results. I was already anxious leading up to my follow-up appt, and this escalated the situation ten fold. Upon leaving the practice, my mother received the results via sms to her phone, not mine, nor to my GP. Not only was my state of mind greatly affected, my privacy was violated. Two stars for being on time with the appointment. Received a text for next Dr appt so results would be there. Made appt for week later, no results so now sitting back in waiting room while they find results and do the report. Edited to add took over an hour to write up a report. Edited again: I was told 4 days max for results so added an extra couple of days when making Drs appt maybe tell people it will be 7 days so they’re not sitting and waiting.
The ultrasound tech was really professional, made me feel at ease throughout the scan with the probe. Thanks so much, Rebecca
