We placed an order on march 25th . 2 weeks ago I emailed to see where it was up to . I have to date received no reply . we received a phone call today asking about the order . I said I had emailled , response "oh did you " . absolutely not good enough . I was told the manager would call me back in an hour . still no phone call . Very disappointing.
Unfortunately they don't understand their product and told me it was suitable for a project ,time effort and $$$ later it failed so more $$$ and time wasted redoing only for them to confirm that product was not suitable for project.no empathy on their part and basically told bad luck. Definition: A pond is a small, still, land-based body of water.
