My partner booked a general service with this company for Monday at 11am and we got no showed (which looking at the other reviews looks like a reoccurring issue with this company) It took multiple attempts at getting in contact with him to see where he was / why he didn’t arrive. When we did finally get in contact his excuse as to why he did not come was that the details of time & location where not made clear. He came to change front brakes for us and checked old brake pads. He changed the brakes in one hour and I didn't have to drive to dealership. Yes, He knows what he is doing. I will definitely call him again. Thanks.
