On arrival at the caravan park the lock on our caravan door stopped working and we were locked out of the van. We had to climb in through the pop top window and remove the door handle on the inside with a screwdriver which left the locking mechanism inoperable. I rang Mark on Friday afternoon and he said he would be at the caravan park just after 9am on Saturday. Mark arrived with a new lock and handle and within 30 minutes we were back in business.
