When other service agents couldn't find the problem with our vehicle & were charging high rates I was starting to think I would never be able to get it fixed without spending a fortune . However the problem was solved straight away at North East Iveco at Burton. The team was very helpful in very way & I left completely satisfied, thanks again for a job well done.
I hesitate to write bad reviews but thought I would mention a few dramas we had with a truck. We have purchased 3 Iveco Dailys from Adelaide Iveco, first from Tony (about 6 years ago, great service) and then 2 from Bruno (about 3 years ago). Once the order was placed, communication was very difficult, and it turns out 1 of the trucks we ordered did not exist. 1st Review; 4/11/24 Amazing service 👌 Did a power steering line while in Flinders Ranges so rang on a Thursday discussed the issue, they ordered & was booked for the Monday & was fixed. Hire car was also available for us. Overphone was excellent. Greeting once you walked into the service department was excellent 👌 Great work guys.
