Ongoing review as I continue to deal with the company. Overall, they communicate and make an effort to address issues. My only real gripe is that while the work gets completed, I felt that my concerns weren’t taken seriously and were often downplayed, which made communication difficult. Would have appreciated a more open dialogue around the issues I raised.
Very poor company that I had the misfortune of dealing with through my insurance company. Subcontractors they use are questionable and the jobs done are rushed (not all but several were), more concerned about getting it done then getting it done right. Secondly communication and management of jobs are poor. Need to call up several times to chase up and make sure that work orders were inputted correctly. Have a life of my own but need to micromanage them to make sure things are done correctly is frustrating to say the least. ... read more
