Drivers don't show up on time (up to 30 minutes late). Takes over 45 minutes to make a booking via telephone. Very poor service. Not worth the premium price.
My dad booked to be picked up last year to be taken to the airport to fly interstate around 5am The driver never showed. He rang them and they said they never processed the booking. Shocking service. They promised a complimentary pickup today at 7am to go to the airport to fly interstate and again the driver never showed. He rang and they got the pickup time wrong. OMG how bad are they!!
Excellent service. Re confirmed all bookings immediately on request. Punctual and great drivers. Could not fault.

Great service, booking was taken 3 weeks out from our wedding because another company cancelled on us. Cheapest quote we found and were prompt, professional and our driver Steve was the best! Couldn't have asked for better.
