I’ve been working out at Adelaide Hills Woman’s Fitness Studio for almost a year now and I love it! The classes are always different and there is a good variety. I feel challenged to always go a bit harder and push myself to hit my goals. The vibe is great and the company is friendly and welcoming.

Best classes I’ve ever attended. Shelley is so motivating and helps you reach your goals, the classes are fun, and as a 50+ I feel so accepted and comfortable. I’m addicted to these classes! Have never felt so strong! ❤️
Loving the strong class only started in March & seeing results already feeling much fitter & toned the women in the classes are all friendly & fun cant wait to go to my classes Shelleys a little pocket rocket🚀 modifies my workout to suit my capabilities highly recommend to any women wanting to get fit & have fun💪
Shelley actually makes exercise fun! I'm someone who has alot of anxiety about people watching her, new settings and just generally feeling rubbish about myself - Shelley has taken all that and has helped me start to shake that self-doubt. PT sessions are focused, with no focus on being skinny but rather how to be strong and confident 😍
