I had to stop getting my car serviced here after parts kept going missing. Engine cover not put back on, boot liner not refitted, front mesh grill not put back on, was told gas bottle had been checked but was not udated with a stamp. The list goes on. And how does the head mechanic respond?.......Are you sure it was here and not somewhere else?.....sorry guys it is what it is.
Over and above customer service. Very grateful to staff and technicians who have my car running beautifully.
