I have PTSD and Anxiety and for this reason I have an Assistance Dog named Hunter. Hunter helps minimise my anxiety and work with me to lower my PTSD triggers. When you have PTSD it can be misunderstood, come on suddenly and can feel terrifying in the middle of it all. I tend to stay”safe” to minimise the worst happening. Good facilities
I was very disappointed about the kindergym at the centre. I had been looking forward to taking my daughter there for many months once she could walk. When I entered, I was shocked about the extremely loud drummy music being played. I asked one of the staff if it was possible to put some more gentle music on. I was told that the upbeat music is being played on purpose to support the kid's activity. I asked again if it was at least possible to turn it down a little bit, which was ignored.
