Friendly, helpful, professional. Even pushed front panel back off the wheel and taped up with plastic so I could still drive until repairs were booked in. Older car and they managed to find parts. Repairs were done on time.
Great service friendly staff
Friendly and helpful, more so than other crash repairers in the area. Were willing to give me a quick rough estimate of repair cost despite being heavily backlogged with work. The old car was not really worth repairing, but they still did a quick fix on the spot to make it drivable, including bending back a panel that was scraping against the wheel, replacing an indicator globe, and wrapping the smashed headlight in plastic, and didn't charge me at all for this. Nice helpful proprietor. Honestly described their lack of motivation to acquire knowledge to serve EV clients. Of course it's their prerogative to stick with what they're familiar with. Go elsewhere if your vehicle has more than 12 volts. In time, a bit of learning will have them overcome their FUD.
