The doctors are wonderful, but the reception staff could benefit from additional training in phone communication with patients. On a couple of occasions, I have been spoken to rudely by a receptionist.
Good practice overall, but it’s worth noting that patient experiences can vary significantly between doctors. I personally had a very distressing appointment several years ago with Dr Elaine Harrington, where I experienced her lack of compassion and coldness. Something I still think about many years later.
Unfortuntely my regular doctor was not available. So i had severe nerve pain associated with sciatica, i would give it 11/10, takes weeks to get over it, not much you can do. The doctor made me feel like a " druggie" doctor "shopping". I was given an inadequate,1/2 a script(embarrasing for the chemist) 10 tablets. Limmited to 1 per day and still having to ration. I will never attend this clinic again. I would wish for that doctor to feel the same pain..
