I had a UTI and I was in a lot of pain! I was made to wait 4 days without antibiotics because they were waiting on the results from the hospital. Reception staff were not understanding. The practice manager has no empathy for people in genuine pain. I was made to feel like a nuisance and like I was being unreasonable. Awful practice. I was told that most of the time they only have 1 doctor! They cover a huge area yet only 1 doctor.

Came in earlier with some skin problems and had the loveliest nurse practitioner called Charlotte, she was super attentive and helpful :)

I am very disappointed with the care set by this health centre. Where is the duty of care to patients. There isn't any, the receptionist is rude very uncaring and as a first point of care they need to go and do some kind of training. Trying to get an appointment is like trying to get blood from a stone. One positive thing about the health centre it is a good breeding ground for mental health issues. They make a mistake with typing wrong numbers down they would rather blame you than except their own responsibility. The recept... read more
