I’m not even gonna lie the receptionist was probably the most rudest person I’ve ever spoken on the phone with. Very selfish person and I’m not even the type of person to talk bad about someone’s service but this was next level.
After a long hard effort to get a referral for surgery 5 months ago I rung up the hospital to find out my referral was rejected due to lack of medical information from the doctor, and was never told. I made an appointment last week for it to be cancelled 1 hour before, I then tried to ring and was put in a 25 person queue, I requested a callback and never got one. Dreadful Practice!!
