Can’t recommend Belinda enough. Had strain injuries in my wrist from work. She was able to make a custom fit wrist splint then and there which is very comfortable to wear. That plus the exercises she prescribed have eliminated any pain and made work much easier. I was so impressed with her work, when my father in law had a thumb laceration I recommend Belinda to him to manage the dressing. Which she did with ease. Would give 10 stars if I could.
I was referred to Belinda DeGaris by my GP, Dr JW, several months ago as I have 80-year-old hands badly deformed with arthritis - some very painful joints in both hands. Belinda inspected them, provided me with some pressure gloves, and wrote out some exercises etc for me. I saw Belinda again this week and apart from one joint in one finger, my hands are now pain free. I am very happy with the friendly expert advice she gave me, and I thoroughly recommend this clinic and Belinda specifically.
