My wife and I injured our right wrists a fortnight apart. After being subjected to specialist intervention and in my case surgery a requirement existed for ongoing remedial action. This was undertaken by Adelaide Hand Therapy. Belinda undertook our joint cases developing exercises and providing items to squeeze, pull and rotate our wrists. The treatment was excellent. Can’t recommend Belinda enough. Had strain injuries in my wrist from work. She was able to make a custom fit wrist splint then and there which is very comfortable to wear. That plus the exercises she prescribed have eliminated any pain and made work much easier. I was so impressed with her work, when my father in law had a thumb laceration I recommend Belinda to him to manage the dressing. Which she did with ease. Would give 10 stars if I could.
