Do not waste your time here. Took a day off work to get my eyelashes done, had a booking for 12pm, only to rock up to my appointment with the shop closed and Naomi not answering to calls and text messages. Not even a call or text from the shop owner if she had to cancel my appointment, wasted a whole day off work. Very unacceptable and unprofessional shouldn't own a business if doesn't take customers seriously. Had also payed for my service online and will expect a refund!! Best hair extensions and colour. The hair extension techniques is amazing!!! The owner is lovely and great at her job ! I fully recommend 👌
If i could give zero stars i would of so unprofessional no idea how to run a business. My first appointment was cancelled on the day then trying to get another booking ( response) I show up for my appointment only to have the shop closed no show up. I received no answer to my call or message waited a further 20min just in case. Dont waist your time find a different business that gives the customer respect i received no apology nothing. Disgusting
