Dr Paul Kuo was extremely thorough, had good bedside manner, and seems very caring. The staff are all very friendly in the waiting area is very comfortable.
As a specialists they are probably good but approach to the patients could be improved. I had in total 2 appointments with Dr. Chinnaratha and in both cases I was waiting for 30 minutes. I believe it is normal practice as nobody at Reception cared much and it was expected I should spend whole my day there. If previous patient is late or someone is missing a plane you will pay for that by waiting and giving your booked time- that is what I was told.
