Stephen was great to deal with and available to answer questions just about whenever we had something to ask, was on site for the dig, install and handover. We had our Adelaide Fibreglass Pool installed on 7 July. Yesterday we had our pool clean and handover. The whole process has been so wonderfully led and supported by Steve. From the first meeting at our home as we considered options to the final handshake yesterday, Steve has kept in contact, led the project and made sure we knew what to do and when to be ready for the different stages. Disappointed in steven because he did not see the overall project. Once your signed off there seems to be no support. After sale service was non existent. Once your signed off there seems to be no support. We had our pool installed late march. Our project manager was Steven. The day the pool arrived all was going well, until it was time to get the paving laid, they noticed that the pool level was too high for the coping so we had to put a 9 meter spoon drain in at our expense to stop the water from running into the pergola a... read more

I am thrilled with my pool. Steve and his team did a great job. Always kept me up to date, and did all the hard work for us. Would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting a pool.
