Staff were very accommodating. Got my infected tooth out. Even got a follow up call the next day,which I was not expecting
The one star is thank you to the Technician who re-secured my loose wire. For 10 minutes I was charged $215 out of pocket. They charged two items for 10 minutes ...An examination fee, plus the most expensive filling of all time (that was the category).???? My Orthodontist charges so much less and sometimes complimentary. Health Partners and Jeffcott Dental have super smazing prices in comparison. Do your homework. I feel this was the most expensive Fee of all time. Can't thank this practice enough for fitting me in, We are currently travelling in our motorhome and I developed an absess on my tooth, they fitted me in the next day, Eric was fantastic he explained everything, I had the tooth removed and honestly didn't feel a thing. The nurse then rang me the next day to see how I was. You don't often get aftercare like that anymore. A genuine thank you.
What a wonderful dental practise. I had a horrible Easter at the River with face swelling and back molar pain. I rang in desperation on Easter Monday and they were so caring and made time for me to come back that day (as soon as I could could physically get there) and I met with Dr Eric, who was absolutely incredible, so caring, he explained the dissectional extraction to me and made sure I was calm and numb, he let my husband come in with me to hold my hand due to the anxiety I was feeling and I am so appreciative.Even my h... read more
