Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. My initial consult was terrible, I was given no support in selecting a mask and when I said it was uncomfortable, was given a lecture on my attitude. It did not improve. There were a number of issues and when I contacted the company was told I just needed to get used to it. Requested a different mask during the trial and this was refused.
