Terrible support. Took our car for a warranty claim back in November 2023 and they took some photos. Called back 2 weeks later and they said still waiting back from Kia and it could take weeks for a response. Still haven't heard back but I took my car to a different dealer and had the problem fixed under warranty within a month. Will never bring any car here again!
