Told to have car in by 8.30 am for a booked service arrive at 4pm expecting vehicle to be well and truly finished only to be told to wait until 5pm car not ready! Then a drive home in peak hour traffic Pathetic!
Went to test drive a Havel Jolion used car which I did a test drive with Luke Raschella. Luke was great, showed me all the features of the car without putting me under too much pressure which was important to me. After a lot of chatting, Luke informed me I could have a brand new 2025 car for not much more money, it was a no brainer. I left very happy having purchased a brand new car, now the wait! One of the worst dealerships in SA. I wish I could give less than 1 star. It's unbelievable the things they do to your car after payment is made without telling you.
