We booked in our car for a service (under warranty and capped pricing), the booking process was easy over the phone, we dropped our car off at the dealership and confirmed the pricing of service, signed the paperwork and left our key there. Shawn is a lovely and humble salesman. He diesnt attempt to push me or persuade me to buy anything. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and explains everything with a lot of patience. It’s an overall nice experience the purchase a family car there.
