I had a similar encounter with a forklift operator while visiting. Owner was dismissive and rude when given feedback.
I had a concerning close call with a forklift operator today. While walking past, the operator decided to reverse at an unusually high speed without adequate attention. This put me at significant risk, and such an incident could have resulted in serious injury or worse. I strongly recommend that forklift operators be retrained on proper reversing procedures to ensure safety for all pedestrians in the area. We are just thrilled with our Kakadu caravan. Robin and Michael have gone above and beyond, they are amazing people to deal with. So helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. If I could give 10 stars I would - don't look anywhere else - Call these guys, you will be very glad you did!
