I’ve had to cancel 2 appointments well in advance due to a changed work schedule. Received confirmation of cancellation and a response that ALL future appointments for the year had been cancelled to open up space for other clients, because I cancelled twice. No questions asked if I’d like to keep or change the other appointments I had booked. Basically got kicked out. So beware that if you book in here make sure nothing in your life changes, not even with notice.
Thankyou to Luke and his highly professional team for the sensitivity and patience they have taken with the diagnostic process for my children. I have had support and communication through this whole process and am very thankful to the whole team at adelaide child psychology 🙏 ❤ absolutely recommend this team of professionals.
