My experience with Alf Petito as landlord has not been pleasant.Alf did not like doing maintenance and would drag the process of out as long as possible including saying in a chauvinistic manner that as a woman that l did not know what l was talking about. THE reasons given by Alf were in the direct opposition to the view by Consumer and Business Affairs Residential Tenancies and Tenants Information and Advisory Service.He would never let me know of garden maintenace and would get very bellerigent at times.Altogether a very ... read more
Alf has been a great help to me over a number of years. i like the way he looks after tenants, has great ideas for maintaining and improving the property at a reasonable cost, and is always friendly and helpful.
