I was referred to this company by a friend after numerous attempts to get in touch. After finally getting through, I was quite disappointed with the process. Despite my clear request for a quote, I was only given a "guesstimate" over the phone. For a small ensuite renovation, they quoted me almost $30k, way above what I was expecting. I contacted this building company to help with some light renovations. After multiple attempts and a frustrating number of follow-up calls, I finally managed to get through to someone. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel welcomed or supported throughout the process. There seemed to be a lack of interest in assisting me, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I wasn’t being taken seriously. I wanted to leave a good review for this company however unfortunate I cannot do so. After endless phone calls and Contact over several months with no response, I finally get a hold of a gentleman that wanted to get rid of me on the phone rather than assist me. My issue was related to some works that had been done in the past. I require some renovations to be done to my home however it seems as if the style of Home I had did not meet the standard that he wanted to be a part of.
