Vince provided a simple and basic report . Did not provide any information about the roof only that has insulation . I had to asked the condition of the insulation which he mentioned “good “ . It seemed that his report is copy and paste from other. For example : He mentioned that one bedroom door was weathered and water damage , when I ask for providing more details , he says “it was only damage”. Disappointed with the report.
My pre-purchase inspection report covered a range of minor issues in detail but said “nothing major”. Over the course of the past year several major defects have become evident that have cost me many thousands of dollars. The defects were immediately evident to the engineer/roofers/floor levellers who looked at my house. Vince Luppino was rude and dismissive of my complaint. He told me to get a lawyer. I can’t afford to sue him.
Very good, I met inspector onsite he took the time to go over everything, even items I brought up. Inspects as if his own property. I recommend, his wife explains what is covered also over the phone at booking.
Very happy with the effort and professional work conducted by Vince. Even with a tight schedule he managed to move appointments around and was able to perform a building and pest inspection for us in Old Reynella. The report supplied was thorough and tidy. Thank you again Vince!
