Fixed my Holden’s door on short notice
Wayne was extremely helpful with getting our car sorted out. The insurance company was useless, making appointments that did not exist with another company, so I called Wayne and he had me bring the car to him the next day for a quote. He also sorted out the RAA guy who needed to do another report to have our poor car written off. If we had waited for the insurance company to sort all this out it would’ve been another 8 weeks before the car even had a quote done. Highly recommend these guys.
I'm so happy with the quality of the work and the customer service I received from Adelaide Auto Refinishers. Wayne really took the time to properly assess the damage and talk me through the process and work required. While the area damaged was small, the metal was folded, boot was out of alignment and bumper/tail lights needed replacing. The car came back to me in mint condition which is a huge relief. Would recommend Wayne and team to look after your car - no hidden surprises, just quality craftsmanship!
Greta customer service and attention to detail. Everything was explained to me in detail and he helped me patch up my car to drive safely in the meantime before getting it fixed. Other places have not spent this much time consulting. Would recommend to anyone.
