A stunning, luxury apartment building right on the ocean. I appreciate the proximity to the Songhees Walkway and West Bay Marina. The rooftop patio is an amazing place to have a barrel sauna(!!), or overlook the ocean as cruise ships come in and float planes land, while birds look for the next meal. Multi-million dollar views in an apartment building are very rare.
A fantastic to building to rent at! I was involved in initially leasing Adelaide, and it has some of the best amenity spaces in Greater Victoria! Lots of interior natural light, brilliant finishes inside the units, very clean and well-maintained. Tenants tell me frequently how glad they are that they decided to rent at Adelaide - and were equally glad they call Adelaide home! Brilliant apartment building.
I have been owning for many years. I will have a year or two of renting ahead of me. I can't tell you what a wonderful experience it has been! It is like a vacation from owning. Everything taken care of. Everyone is so polite and kind and wants to make sure I am happy. Everything is kept exceptionally clean in my new, quiet building. Terry and Rajend - building managers - are amazing. I feel so important to them. I am very very happy to be living here.
