Great with kids , but seems like he in a hurry to get you in and out , as a person I love him to death , but as a Dr with my family any way he just doesn't seem to care, and thats sad , I have fallowed every Dr in that practice since the 80'. as Dr one retires and another takes over, I had to leave and find another Dr because he wasnt addressing many of the issues I have had.
Received calls and bills from the hospital claiming that I had past-due medical bills. Dr. Massoud was my doctor for almost 8 years with no issues till last year after I switched my insurance. I visited my doctor in Jan 2022 and the ladies at the front desk accepted my new insurance and everything went well, second visit in March 2022 also everything went well, I later visited my doctor and also went well with no extra charge and my insurance was acceptable for their clinic. Dr. Massoud is extremely knowledgeable and very-very considerate. He is one of very few physicians who understand the body as a complex organism. When prescribing any medication, he does not just fix the issue, but makes sure there are no side effects on any other part if the body. This means he reviews the entire medical history of the patient to write a prescription that works best for the patient.
