This was probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had in healthcare. I went for symptoms regarding my knee and wanted official paperwork filled out for my employer as it was a work related injury and all that came from it was an xray and a referral to another physician. No official paperwork was filled out that I needed for my place of work.
