Raymond Applebaum also owns Clay's Asphalt Maintenance Inc. - Southern Sealcoating - National Sealcoating Inc. - M.A. Construction Group LLC. He buys out active sealcoating companies and keeps the company name and reregisters the corporation creating a " shell " company.
