I needed help with choosing an earring that I could wear and which would hide the ripped hole in my ear. I had amazing help that made me feel heard and understood. I was given choices. When I made my decision, the purchase was made easy and they rushed the earrings in the mail because it was the end of the day. Such customer service is unusual these days. By the way, the earrings have come and they are just right for me and are quite beautiful. I can't take them off!

i bought my fiancée’s engagement ring from Adel Chefridi and i couldn’t be happier about my experience! we stumbled into the store on a weekend in Rhinebeck without explicitly planning to go ring shopping, but all their pieces are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. in addition to the quality of the jewelry, the staff we worked with were very kind and extremely helpful. they seemed genuinely excited for us as a couple when we went in the store, and this sentiment was expressed by Annie, the Gallery Manager and Resident Gemo... read more
