Car drifted into snow bank, got stuck. Insurance company found this place and ordered a wench from them. 30-60 minutes, supposedly. 60 minutes later, they apparently need 60-90 more minutes. 90 minutes later they say that the first truck they sent out turned around for no explainable reason, and when asked about the car they were sending out, they could not say anything about when they would arrive. DONT EVER USE THEM!!! I needed a tow through insurance. I called there location and they all kept lying to when the tow driver was going to be there. The driver would not call me or answer my calls. They told us that since we are going through insurance we are not a priority. I’ve been waiting close to 4 hours for them. Every time I called they continued to tell me the driver is 20 minutes away. Driver never came!! Worst customer service of my life!! They are liars and a horrible company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!
