The doctor is very nice but the staff seems to not understand how healthcare works. A nurse tried to change my mom medication. That medication could have undo all of her dialysis. I was frustrated. The last time I have checked as a medical student, nurses don’t have the ability to change medications nor even prescribe medications. That’s not within their practice.
NEVER SCHEDULE HERE! My husband has had an open heart valve replacement surgical procedure and we had no help in scheduling an appointment here ASAP for a follow up and to establish care. They do not understand the severity and different medications a patient like this needs. The staff is uneducated and not informed they assumed he was only on ASPIRIN! The Doctor has the worst manner very rude absolutely does not understand patients and families that need so much care. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
I will be nice and just suggest you go to another doctor. You will not see him unless you book directly for him and wait time will be unknown. He has several np and crnp's that work for him they are pretty good. Just not a very well ran doctors office! Office staff is not nice either! Again this is my opinion!
