I received a voicemail from a recruiter and promptly returned the call multiple times. Several of my calls appeared to be declined or were not answered, and I was unable to reach anyone directly. I understand recruiters may be busy, but clearer communication and a more reliable follow-up process would improve the experience for candidates trying to respond quickly to job opportunities.

Adecco in Parma is such a great agency to work for especially with Kelly! She listened to what type of work I was interested in, I let her know what my challenges were, and what I was willing to compromise in hopes to find a better opportunity than the one I was at. I have called this office back and left emails. I completed onboarding and was waiting for my background to come back.
