be aware of condescending staff I had a terrible experience when I personally went. The woman who was supposed to help me was extremely rude and condescending. She would read my resume, and ask irrelevant questions, then try to find ways to insult me. In my opinion, I find this extremely unprofessional. I went to other employment agencies in Chico (Rush, Express, Anderson & Associates and Spherion). Out of 5 employment agencies I went to in Chico, the woman I interviewed with at Adecco provided the worst experience for me.

Loving my job! When I moved to Chico I went to Rush, Express, and Labor Ready and Adecco. Out of all the agencies I went to the best one by far was Adecco. The people there actually helped me. They were very friendly and seemed to really care about finding me a good job. They put me to work the next week and I have been working at the job ever since. Project Worker I have been in the area a very long time and I like to work project positions. Adecco has always treated me very well. They are professional and they always give me all the information I need so that when I go to a job I know exactly what I am doing and who I am reporting to. You are suppose to contact them weekly if you are looking for work, I did and have been very successful. Bad bad bad.star rating only let me rate as good. They suck! They say they will look for suitable work based on qualifications, but then send people out to do rock bottom crap work on short assignments that last a few days. The people you will work with will be drunks and druggies Ignore them!

Horrible staff that will not call you back. They come off as smart, intelligent people who really work hard to find you work (even if it's part time or on call.). But honestly, they seem to have a staff that is so UNprofessional, they don't even call you back. It's been well OVER two weeks and I still haven't heard a thing from them. Get it Know !!! My experience with Adecco has always been # 1 any time i needed money, a job they got for me all the time they were always my first choice for quickest part/full time employment i would recommend Adecco to everyone and don't worry their people are great.
